Hi, it's Michaela .

My name is Michaela, I'm 44 years old and I'm the mother of a 5-year-old boy. I'm actually a graphic designer, but my greatest passion is dyeing and knitting wool.

I grew up in Germany and have now lived for about 17 years in beautiful France, in the Landes region, not far from the sea, in the forest. I love nature and it inspires me.

I've been dyeing wool for 7 years now and opened my little online shop in 2022 (already on Etsy before), initially alongside my full-time job. Recently, in September 2024, I've been trying to run -my little dream- full-time and make it my livelihood.

I love the texture of the wool and the way the colors spread across it.

There are so many interesting coloring possibilities that this “job” gives me endless possibilities.

What inspires me is above all nature in its great diversity, but also events and emotions,

as well as places and people. You will find all of this in my colorings.

Besides dyeing, I enjoy spending my free time knitting and cultivating my vegetable or flower garden.

I also like to create and modify everything around me, even if I don't have much time for that :-)

I am a small one person business and I do my best to make sure the wool will satisfy you,

But I still ask you sometimes for patience and understanding, because I do everything on my own.

I hope you've gotten to know me a little better and enjoy rummaging around my little shop.
